Nope, mushrooms don't hold glue. Try a rubberband or bridal veil over the mushroom.

another method is to get a small dish of quarter sized rock and put it in a low flow area, the mushroom should attach in a couple days, then you can pull the mushroom rock out and glue it to what you want. but be careful, i tried this and had too much flow and the shroom ended up getting eaten by my anemone.

I put live rock rubble (LRR) in a shot glass and just put the shroom in there. Leave it for a few days and bam, its attached.

Sometimes there is small substrate already at the base [small sand grains ] , you can glue that substrate to a rock.
If not, great advise already mentioned. |
