I've Got stray voltage...

Out of boredom I got my multimeter out. I grounded the one side out and put the other in the tank. It's showing ~22 volts in the tank. The heater is accounting for 7v and the sump pump is putting out the rest. I read in another thread that anything below 90v isn't anything to be concerned about and is just induced. What's everyone else say on this?

I say get rid of it. I had 30-50 volts in my tank and ended up loosing alot of my SPS corals.
