Inverts recommendations please

OK..

I'm a complete beginner at SW. I have a Red Sea Max (34 gallon approx).

I plan on putting pair of clowns, 1 x flame hawkfish and either 1 x royal grammer or 1 x blue devil damsel fish. (Total of 4 fish)

However, I would love some invertibrates in there. Worried about hawkfish. Will it go nuts on my invertibrates?

Blood shrimp is on the list. Not sure how many to get.. 1? 2? 3?

What else? I need detritivores. Got no ideas at present. Recommendations?

Current tank is stock. I plan in future to add a refugium. However, I feel it is safer to plan for what I have now than what I have in future.

I'm in no hurry at moment. I've only just gotten the temp and salinity to the right level. Have only JUST started the cycle. Adding some LR tomorrow (LFS was closed by the time I finished work today. Had end of Aussie Financial Year stuff to worry about). Add the argonite (or whatever it is called).

Now the tricky important question.

What order should I add stuff? I'm currently basing my 'first inserted specimen' the 1 month mark. I'm thinking 1 month from now should be long enough for cycle (provided tests agree of course). But what should first species be?

If I have a hawkfish, any snails I add will only be a temporary addition. Otherwise, if I read it correctly, they then become hawkfish food.

*Sigh* I love complex. And this fits the bill. Little overwhelming. So much to learn.

Thanks people.

A red flame hawkfish will eat shrimp. If you are set on this choice, I would recommend skipping the blood shrimp.
