Looking For Articles/Info on overflow types

I tried to do a search for threads on overlfow types and styles and apparently the sever is too busy and I can't use the SEARCH feature.

So I am looking for some info/old threads on the different styles of overflows.

I like the style that is on the REEF-EDEN tank...but looking for more info before I begin making decisions.

Here is a picture of my external coast-to-coast (calfo style?) Similar to bean's I think except it is external.

Excuse the mess, still setting it up.

Not the best picture but I have two returns plumbed on the ends and two drains in the overflow itself. Bah, I need to get newer pictures.
