time to death on bad params?

My params have been great for 8 months, so no reason to believe i have anything to worry about. I am just crious though if a param hits danger zone what is time to death for fish? Would you notice distress or would it be too late? for example:

PH- too high/too low
Nitrites - too high
Nitrates - too high
Ammonia - too high
Alkalinity - too high/too low
temperatur - too high/too low

What would you consider dangerous numbers?
