Clams and light
Hello--I am still fighting the HA and have done all the recomended things. I have 2 small clams will they withstand 3 days lights out---Thanks Jerry

Chances are your two clams in question are farm raised, making them more hardy than their wild cousins.
Also, their are other factors that must be met to maintain a thriving and healthy clam, though lighting is important. Having said this, I think that your clams will do just fine! Just try to get them into light as soon as possible, since the do contain single celled dinoflagellates known as zooxanthellae, that requires light for its survival and ULTIMATELY that of your clams! I am doing the same thing with three days off to fight cyno. If your clam is healthy it will be just fine.
