Anyone running the Tunze Stream Battery Backup?

???

Anyone have any sense for how much runtime you get of various sized batteries? (or solar cells ;-)

Roger says two 6v batteries will run one powerhead for about 6 hours.

I use one on a 6101 with a 30 AH battery. Since the 6101 needs 24V for full speed, the pumps runs @ 1/2 speed when run on battery. I haven't tried it, but it should run for ~ 30 hr on battery.

Could you plug it into the Vortech back up battery?
