Letting LR sit after really bad bubble algea outbreak
i am starting a 75 gallon after 2 years with my 55g and a really bad bubble lagea outbreak, like jsut covered everything. The rock has been sitting out side for little over a month, is there any risk of the bubble algea coming back

You've already killed the rock. I'd let it soak in (very diluted) bleach for a couple days to dissolve all the organic waste still on the rock (dead coraline, bubble algae, etc). At that point, you can be sure that the rock won't be a source of algae.

Leave it out in the sun. Bleach is very UV unstable. If you're still not satisfied, a bottle of Prime or any other dechlorinator (sodium thiosulfate?) will do the job.

I can't say it won't come back, but if it does, its not because of the rock.
