Just giving you a hard time

I use this site sometimes too. They have always been good to do business with.

http://www.aquacave.com/OverflowBoxes.aspx

Drfosters and smith is where I normally do my online reef business with. They are in a league of their own as far as I'm concerned.

I'm sorry, but do you reply to every single thread you look at? Those views could be another member like yourself who does not know the answer but is hoping to become informed from your thread.

There is a great little box at the top of this board that keeps changing and linking to various vendor sites.

You could use google to price shop and then check out feedback in the various "sponsor" forums here on RC

Oh and

What kind of pump are you interested in. I have always liked the service at marinedepot and dfs. If you have some specifics of what you would like to do I'm sure you will find a lot of people to help out here.

Enjoy!

If you go to the Drs. Fosters and Smith web site, they carry the Eshopps overflows. That is what I am using on my 40 gal. Works great. They also carry pumps there as well as the others.

aquasilencer?-is that another way of saying durso stand pipe?
If so, I tried to build a small one in my overflow box. There was not enough room in the eshopps box. Unless someone has a better way.

Does this tank you are wanting to put an overflow box on already have water in it? If not you may want to drill it. Would be easier in the long run.

Otherwise I use durso's on my 80 gal. that I drilled myself, and they work great on that setup.

I was the same way on my first tank. Filled it, ran it, then decided to add a sump.

Live and learn.LOL

You are new here. Bustin balls is not reef central friendly. I go with NanoGurl's suggestions as those are the ones I use.

And my advice back was also meant to be friendly in keeping with RC and especially the new aquarist forum.

I'm new to the hobby too. I have made about 98% of my purchases using marinedepot.com and drsfostersmith.com.
I highly reccomend both
