For sale: complete clownfish breeding system+breeding fish

Hey, everybody...due to a fairly sudden change in jobs and availability, I’m having to shut down and sell my clownfish-breeding setup.
Ideally, I’d like to sell the entire setup to one person, but I am willing to part everything out, if need be. The entire system is designed to fit into a 300 square-foot space (about half of a two-car garage.) The plumbing is finished, but may need to be altered for your own space. If you are looking for a “turnkey� system for breeding, this is it, as it has everything from breeding fish to hatching tanks to food-production equipment.
There’s a lot of equipment, so the list below only includes the major parts. In addition, I have the usual accessories, such as various powerheads, lights, nets, etc. I’m looking for $1050 for everything, but the prices after each item is what I would want for parting everything out. All of the fish and equipment are for pickup here in Albuquerque only, as I’m not willing to ship things. Also, I obviously wouldn’t be able to sell the tanks until the fish are sold…
The fish are all healthy and eating well. I feed them 2 times per day with a variety of homemade, frozen, and flake foods. Captive-bred fish are noted, the others I’m unsure of.
Here’s the list:

Fish:
1) Gold-Stripe Maroon’s: paired and actively, currently breeding. They lay eggs about every 3 weeks, with 500-600 eggs per clutch. $120 for the pair.
2) Gold-Stripe Maroons: paired, laid two hatches of infertile eggs, last clutch was about 3 weeks ago, about 200 eggs. The pair is old enough to breed, so I suspect the male was just distracted. $110 for the pair.
3) Orange Ocellaris: paired, actively breeding. Eggs are laid every3-4 weeks, with about 100 eggs per clutch. $100 for the pair.
4) Black Ocellaris: captive-bred, paired, laid first clutch of eggs about a month ago, about 50 eggs. This pair is just old enough, so the frequency of spawning will probably increase. $120 for the pair.
5) Clarkii: captive-bred, paired, laid one clutch about 2 months ago (about 100 eggs), has not laid again. Old enough, so should resume breeding fairly quickly after moving. $80 for the pair.
6) Clarkii: captive-bred, paired, never spawned. These are about 18 months old, and were purchased as a “backup� pair of Clarkiis. Should start breeding within 3 to 4 months. $60 for the pair.
7) Tomato Clowns: adult and bonded, never laid eggs. This pair was formed about 6 months ago, and they have started making a nest, cleaning the tile, etc. I would expect these to breed within 5 or 6 months. $60 for the pair.
8) Tomato Clowns: adult female, subadult male. Bonded, but male still 6-8 months away from breeding age. $50 for the pair.
9) Orange Ocellaris: captive-bred, paired, both adult and recently reached breeding age, not laid eggs yet, though. Likely to breed within 4 months. $60 for the pair.

Aquariums:

1) Six 40-gallon tanks, drilled for 1� overflow on rear wall. These are painted blue on the rear and sides, but paint can be easily removed, if desired. These tanks are about one year old. $50 per tank.
2) Five 20-gallon long tanks, drilled for 1� overflow on rear walls. Painted blue as above, about 3 years old. $25 per tank.
3) Six 40-gallon breeder tanks: drilled for 1� overflow in bottom of tanks. These tanks are fairly old, with lots of use, but are perfect for growout for the larger species. $30 per tank.
4) 15-gallon tanks: these are used for larval hatching and growout for the smaller species. They are painted black on sides, back, and bottom, are are drilled for 1� overflow in the bottom of the tank. I have 10 of these at $15 each.

Larval feeding:
1) Two greenwater towers: these are 6� clear acrylic towers, 36� tall, used for growing the greenwater to feed the rotifers. These towers have holes and valves in the bottom, so the greenwater can be delivered directly to the rotifer tanks. $30 each.
2) Two 10-gallon rotifer tanks. $5 each.
3) One brine shrimp hatchery: this isn’t one of the cheap hatcheries you see for sale, but was purchased from Florida Aqua Farms for about $80. Holds about a gallon of water. $20.

Pumps:
1) Mag-Drive 24 pump, about 4 years old, used for water return to the six 4-gallon tanks. Well-maintained, $90.
2) Mag-Drive 18-pump, about 4 years old, used for water return to 20-gallon aquarium system. $70.

Misc:
1) Sumps: two Rubbermaid 100-gallon sumps. Excellent condition, $50 each.
2) Aragonite: about 100 pounds, distributed throughout the system. $1 per pound.

I’m not going to set individual prices for all of the other various powerheads, lights, etc, but email me if you need something specific that’s not in the list, and I’ll let you know what else I have.
I have currently-growing and healthy greenwater and rotifers (L strain) that will be included with the system.
All of the tanks are on stands that can be easily taken apart, moved, and re-setup. If you purchase the entire system, I’ll help you move and re-setup everything.

Thanks for the live rock, and the PVC idea on the rocks. I actually have made two pillars of rocks already, and it looks great. I need some more rock, and I will continue to make some more. I really appreciate the help.

I saw all of Jason's set up, really nice. Definitely worth the money, and someone will be very lucky to get the setup.

PM Sent...still have 5 of the 40 gallon tanks for sale. I also have about 60 pounds of live sand available for $1 per pound.
