Transfering water from 30gallon to 55gallon tank+sump

As the title says I have a 30 gallon tank and next week I'll be putting everything in my new 55 gallon+sump tank.

What is the best way to do this??

I currently have saltwater in a large container waiting to be put in the new tank. Before I put it in, should I take 10% of my current tank water and mix it with the new saltwater. If so should I do this 2 or 3 times before I put the fish in.

Also for my new tank I will be using a different salt brand Oceanic instead of Marinium. Will this cause any problems for the fish or corals mixing the different salts together at the start?

Be aware that this upgrade has a good chance of starting a new cycle. I would do good water changes b4 in the 30 gallon and then transfer as much of that water as possible into the new tank.
