Green Carpet keeps hiding?
I just picked up a green Carpet anemone, and it keeps hiding behind/under the rocks when the light turns on. He come's out at night and sits in a perfect spot, but as soon as the lights come on he goes back and hides. Is this normal? I have had him for about 4 days now. I am also having trouble getting him too eat. I have tried twice too put some raw shrimp on him but it just sits there and he ends up letting it go.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is a pic when I first added him to the tank. |

That is a pIzza anemone . Be carefull when it gets healthy. Have a welt scar to prove how vicious there sting is when healthy.
Mine was your colour as we'll when i first got it and it darkened a little after time. What kind of lights do you have? May just not be used to such high light Lisa
