New to Reefing

I've had my tank now for roughly 3 months. I have a couple of questions that maybe someone can help me with.
1) I want to add a couple of powerheads to add some circulation / water movement to the tank. Where should I place them and point them at to get the best circulation?
2) I currently have a wet/dry system. but want to convert to a refugium sump. What is the best way too do the transition. Thanks in advance

Welcome and you may want to check out the do it yourself forum for an answer to your question about converting the wet dry to a refugium.

Current Tank Info: 105 Gallon Reef Savvy Rimless, Mostly LPS/NPS and anemone's, 3 Bartlett Anthias, Royal Gramma, Green Spotted Mandarin, Yellow Tang, 2 Banghai Cardinals.
