Yellow Leather not looking good.

I have 2 images of before and after of my yellow leather. I just brought it home Monday night. As you can see it was doing great. Last night and this morning however it doesn't look so good.

Is this cause for concern?

When I turned on my lights this morning it started to wake up and then decided not to.

Mike.

With PC lights I would have that leather up as high as you can in the tank. Sarcophtyon elegans ( which is what I am pretty sure you have) appreciate strong lighting and moderate to high flow IME.

Leathers will close up like that from time to time. Try moving it up and see how it reacts.

definitely requires strong lighting, put it as high as you can in your tank

and as DSMpunk stated this leather will close up like that for a couple days when it is growing. keep an eye on the tissue at the base, if you think it isn't doing well.

Ok. I moved it way up top. I'll see what happens.
