LED Grow Light/coral spots?

on a familiar auction site thy have some 168 LED Grow spotlights for sale

BLUE SPECTRUM L.E.D. = 460-470 Nanometers (NM)
RED SPECTRUM L.E.D. = 645-655 Nanometers (NM)
and a combo blue/red spot

I have heard the Japanese use alot of spotlights in there tanks (as in a blue spot on one coral, red spot on another coral)

Just curious has anyone done research on these?

thanks for any info

Personally, I was wondering how these would work with a refugium, and growing chaeto.

$48 bucks plus shipping on that site? Not bad compared to most places I've seen. I'd love to use a small unit like that on a HOB refugium.
