different kinds of majanos?
i seem to have two types of majanos in my tank. ones have what look like jagged tentacles, and others have smooth tentacles that end in a bulb of sorts. it seems that joe's juice works great on the ones with the jagged tentacles, and does nothing for the other ones.
are the bulb ones not majanos? are they something else? they seem to grow rather rapidly and in colonies, so they do look like they're a pest anemone of some kind.

I wouldn't be surprised if neither one is A. manjano. A. manjano is just one of thousands of small anemones that can potentially show up in the hobby, and it's not a well described one at that. It seems like hobbyists only think there are two small anemones in the sea, Aiptasia and Anemonia manjano. If it's brown, it's Aiptasia, if it's not then it must be A. manjano. Not the case.
The real A. manjano has smooth, blunt tipped tentacles. There's no description of bulbed ends.
