IceCap 660 ballast question?

I have read that you can "overdrive" your 54w t5 bulbs with this ballast and was wondering if it overdrives the bulbs "out of the box" or do I need to modify/rewire the ballst to overdrive the bulbs?

straight out of the box.. just wire it up and they are being overdriven!
