Water movement

What power heads do you recommend I should use with my Aquacontroller. My Rio's are starting to go out on me and I would like to add a little more movement in my tank anyway. My tank is 72"X18"X24". How much current would you recommend in there? I have 1 Large long tentacle anemone, a large clam, flower pot coral, fox coral, some button polyps, some star polyps. What do you guys recommend?

72*18*24 is a pretty big tank
have you considered the wavysea oceansmotions or even tunze stream pumps?

it is recommended that the turnover rate be atleast 20x

The turnover rate being the water movement inside the main tank, not from the sump to the tank, right?

The turnover rate does include the return pump also. I run all tunzes and love them. Well built. The controllable ones will probably last longer if you are controlling it with the Aquacontroller. Non controllable pumps get abused when they're turned on and off frequently. Just my .02

the tunze products can be controlled with the AC with an adapter... or at least I think that adapter is still available. Not much cheaper than the tunze controller when I last saw it, though. I wouldnt buy a powerhead that's not controllable and stick it on a controller, though. Ruins their length of use.
