Seio Super Flow Powerhead and Controller any good?
I was wondering if anyone was using the Seio super flow powerheads and controllers? They seem to have good flow rates and are cheap. I can get 2X 2600 gph pumps and a controller for the cost of 1X 6101 Tunze stream. The Tunze are on my wish list but I can't afford them right now. Are they a reliable pump? Do they last? Any know problems? Any info I can get would be great.

I used them on my first tank. I like them. The are good but not great. If you use them w/ the controller I think you will like them. I had mine for about 10 months and the impeller broke. They are bulky though. I like the Maxi Mods (sureflow kits). I can't comment on the Tunzes. The prices are crazy, just to push water around. If you want the Tunzes then I would just save my chips and just buy the Tunze off the back. It would suck if you buy the Seios and have to by something else in 6 months.

Thanks for the input. Maybe I will wait on upgrading until I can get what I really want , or until my old Hagen powerheads force me to upgrade. 10 months isn't very good and my corals are doing fine now.
