The different between Kalk stirrer and calcium reactors!

What is the different between using Kalk stirrer and calcium reactors ?

Why do you ask?
I think it's just what method you prefer or need to boost your Calcium.
I have no problem maintaining 500+ca with only a stirrer.
I think a Calcium reactor can sustain a higher demand then a Kalk stirrer.
And some people even need both to maintain the demand.
I don't plan on running a heavily dominated sps tank so I don't think I'll need more.
