220 Gallon Reef Tank.. Help Building Refugium

Guys,
I have a Pre Drilled 220 Gallon Reef tank with Sump underneath.... 200 LBS LR... Sump is a Model 3 Oceanic. Have DAS skimmer, in there... Have a Duel Overflow with Pipes that lead to one inch from the bottom of the sump for the intake... Both pipes are covered with Filter socks that I clean once a week... Pump is a 1700 GPH Coralife... Skimmer and chiller are tapped of the pump and return into the sump....

Can I place Cheato and a light in my sump??

What are my options??

Any ideas and help greatly appreciated!!
