24" 4x24W Powermodule T5 High-Output Fixture w/ Bulbs

Is this enough lighting for a 536x356x25 acrylic tank ?
Either this or metal halide pendant. If I use the pendant then will 1 do or will I need more of them ?

darn it forgot to mention that I want to keep lps corals and maybe an SPS or two that I like such as the montipora.
