NO Skim

I have a 90 gallon reef tank packed with inhabitants, my setup isan overflow box that goes through 2 filter pads then through a mass of bioballs then into the main chamber of my sump. There I have 2 pumps pumping water into a red sea berlin classic skimmer and another brand I forget the name of, in 1 week or 2 I get about 1 inch of skim in each? Is there a problem?
