Cooking rock help??

Hi all,
I have been battling HA for the last 6 months and nothing has worked. So I am at the point I think I am going to cook my rocks. My question is what will I need to do to keep my display up and running with only minimal rock left in the sump (15lbs)?
I only have a pair of clowns left after my experience with Algea x
so I figure they will probably be o.k. I am worried about my corals. Thinking of just building a rack to hold corals for a few months to keep out of the DSB, and doing weekly water changes.

Would it be better to only do half the rocks and then the other half? I have a total of about 130 lbs of rock.

Any help would be appreciated...
