Dart reeflow pump Mod??

I just got my Dart reeflow pump today. Is there any mod for the pump to make to perform better???

I would like to hear from you guys??

You can take the wet end apart and clean up any mold flash that is left on the castings for it and the impeller. It will not make a huge difference, but it will help.

What better flow or more pressure? I have one and it has great flow but not good for beckett type skimmers as it has low pressure. My suggestion would be low head distance and minimal bends in plumbing. My return has No elbows and slowly curving bends back to return, don't throttle back on discharge and use recommended inlet & outlet size.

And how do i take the impeller off???
