Hydor Impeller

Hey Guys.
I have a tank with a Hydor in it. The impeller keeps falling out. It seems like it's missing an end cap or something to keep it on.

I push the metal pin into the hole of the front cover to keep it in, and eventually the impeller spins out of that and won't work as well. If I let it go overnight, the impeller will become completely dislodged and the pin falls onto the sand.

Any help?

does the entire front cover come off?

this happened to me once when i didn't screw in the front cover right. when the impeller started it just threw everything out, impeller shaft and front cover. the shaft doesn't have a cap on it and neither does the impeller. its just two parts, shaft and impeller. contact hydor, they have great customer service.

The front cover seems to me in place but I could be wrong.
