ro/di water?
i have recently purchased a used rodi unit . My question is i have always used the prime drops in tap water before the rodi water, do i still need to use the drops? my rodi is measuring 22-25.

No drops needed. If your RO/DI unit is reading 22-25 ppm after the DI, its time for new membranes and DI resin.

that is with new membranes and a new di tube. it was close to 400 before. i bought the unit used and didn't think to ask her how long it had been since changed.

You might want to look into a better membrane. It should be able to pull it down to 0. Does this unit use prefilters?

A properly functioning RO/DI should read 0 ppm TDS in the effluent. If not, then something is likely wrong, or it is very poorly designed. Even DI alone should give 0 ppm TDS until it is depleted.
