Cleaning old coralline off acrylic to prep for glue
I am patching the seperated top seam on my acrylic tank inside and out as suggested. I'm not sure how to clean off the old coralline inside of the tank though.
How do I go about cleaning it off and how clean does the surface need to be before I apply the Weld On?

Is the tank empty? If so use a cloth soaked in vinegar and let it sit on the coralline for a while.

Yes it's empty. So the vinegar won't damage the acrylic?
