converting freshwater to salt tmrw, looking to buy tmrw

I would prefer to get as much from the same person as possible to limit travel time. Tmrw is the last day I have for vacation and I'm wanting to atleast get the tank filled with sand/rock/water. This is what I would like to buy, it's for a 75g tank, so let me know what you guys have and would recommend.

filtration (need sump/wetdry, overflow, return, plumbling...the whole 9yrds.)

sand
rock
48" lighting ( do not want retro)
skimmer rated for atleast 75g nothing fancy though.
RO/DI unit

I'm in St. Pete Tyrone area. Have a wet/dry bio balls sump 20 gallon. I'll kick in some sun dried live rock which I pulled out of my way to rocky tank if interested in sump $50.00. Also have a coral life turbo-sea max energy saving 1270 circulation pump. flo rate 1268 gph. works fabulous just upgraded to a dart to handle my 140 g tank. I'll let it go for $100.00 and will include fittings if so desired n/c.
