i use a 5c on my 180g with 250g adjusted net volume.
excellent skimmer with little to no adjustment required once set up. i switched over from becketts and their notorious reputation for tough adjustment and keeping it there...of which i experienced. the bermuda footprint is pretty small when you compare it to needlewheels that have their pumps right beside or very near its side. you can also run them in or out sump which you can with most needlewheels anyway. noise? well, i took off their silencer as they have small holes that 'might' clog up with salt spray. to quiet the massive amount of air it draws in...i just loosely attach a 10' or more section of 1/2" hose. it doesnt restrict air flow and suppresses noise to a min. i use a panworld pressure rated pump as it seems to make the skimmer even more efficient that just a 'regular' pump that they recommend. plus, i had it just lying around! hth's a little!
