Captive Purity Refractometer parts needed

I have a Captive Purity refractometer not a cheap guy it's the one with the light Purity http://www.petstore.com/ps_ViewItem-...ct-CP2115.html can't find a email nothing. to see about getting parts or if you know a fix chime in.
