Ich and fin rot - ? Maracyn-2 and cupramine

I'm pretty sure that my brownbird wrasse, in observation in my 20 gal QT, has fin rot and ich. I've already started Maracyn-2. Does anyone know if I can add cupramine to the water to treat both? If I have to I could do hypo instead of cupramine. Thanks.

If it were my fish, I would do the hypo rather than mix the 2 meds.
