Smoking Feather Dusters

SO I'm having dinnner at my breakfast table looking into my newly setup 200g tank. 50% live rock approx. 70 Lbs. and 50% base rock. On one of the LR there's a bunch of feather dusters. SO I look into my tank and I notice most of these guys all spewing some form of milky white fuild into the water from the center of their fan. It looked like if they were smoking under water. I freaked! Temperature in the tank was 80.9 at the time.

What the heck, are they spawning or dying?

Thanks for any help.
