coral additives/foods

Hey all,
I was wondering if anyone had good recommendations as to coral food?

I have a few nice SPS and LPSs and was wondering what i should give them for dinner.

Cyclop-eeze... i have used for years and it doesnt raise the N03 as some other brands do.

If you can find it, Rod's Food works great for feeding corals and fish.
