t5 bulbs

I am setting up my first tank. 46g mixed reef lps sps clams and all the goodies. What bulbs should I run? I am going to run
4- 36" T5's

Check this thread out, if you can't find the answer, post a reply to it and ask The Grim Reefer. He's the resident T5 expert, and very helpful.
