My neon goby is gone too, cannot find him anywhere. Looked all around and in the tank. I think they sometimes are magicians and disappear.

I hear ya, I bought a yellow watchman along with a pistol last Saturday(11 days ago), I saw him for the 2 days. Since then I haven't seen him one time, not even when I feed, I hope he's eating & still alive.......I'm sure he's chillin with the pistol, it would just be nice to see him.......

I put one in a week and a half ago and haven't seen it since.
I'm wondering if the Serpent star or Coral Banded Shrimp didn't kill and consume it.

They will show up. Probably hiding in or under your LR.

I added a 1.5" ywg to my 180. He disappeared in a few days. Figured him a gonner. He re-appeared about a month later, even grew a little.

Give it some time - he may show up.

My Randall's goby dissappeared for a couple of months before he showed up in the sump. I now know to check my overflows when a fish goes missing.

This is what he looked like when I found him. He's fine now so don't worry.
