The gramma may be aggresive toward a fire fish addition, but I'm not 100% sure. Neon gobies or the coral beauty should be fine

My gramma and my firefish are very chill together

Funny, I have a 40B as well, and I have almost the exact same fish as you. I have a royal gramma, a firefish, two ocellaris, and a bi color blenny. I used to have a six line wrasse, but he went carpet surfing after a year. I want to add more small fish to my tank, but my tank is a mixed reef system, and I want to limit nutrients.
I'd say go for a wrasse, or a flame angel.
And if you could I'd throw in a little more live rock if you can, just in case
