Question how do I identify "new" Critters

how do I identify "new" Critters that appear im my tank

I have just witnessed a small white organism which is about 1/2 cm long with two black eyes and a tail like bird feathers. It swims very fast for its size and like to sit on the back glass. Its swim like a house fly flies.

Well that is it! how do you get rid of them? I have only seen it on the glass twice and never on the two clown fish that I have.

I've never had them, the only methods I've heard for removal involve a fishless tank. Maybe you should post a new question on how to get rid of them, now that you know what they are. Most people wouldn't look at the posting with the title it has.
