Mysis vs. homemade food

I know alot of people feed frozen mysis and swear by it. I make my own food by blending shrimp, squid, mussels and adding selcon and vitachem and then freeze it. My homemade food is cheaper and has more variety than just mysis. Any opinions to which is better?

I'd use both, and more...the more variety, the better, IMO. And I have to mention, my fish go NUTS for NLS pellets, in case you feel like introducing some dry foods to your fish.

I never have luck getting the right size with home made food - it always ends up as liquid mush, or still has rather large chunks in it (or both). I feed a large variety of packaged frozen foods.
