Help my fish has ich what to do, how.
My yellow tang has 20 ich dots that I see what can I do.

Is he in the display tank, with Live rock/coral?
If so, sorry to say this, but you need to remove him and all the fish from the system that he is in, and treat them all with copper. Let the system cycle for a min of 6 weeks for the ich, in the system, to perish(survival rate without a host), before adding any fish back in the system. It's not fun or easy, but chances are they will all be dead in a week if you don't do this immediately. Best of luck on getting things cleared up.

yes in my display tank I think I can get him out, than do I put him in a clean tank fesh or what .

yes, a separate temporary tank, I would fill it with the water from the tank that he is in. Is he the only fish in there?

yes only fish in display tank, I have a 20 I can clean up and fill new water.
