BTA hanging out at water surface
I've got a BTA question. I've got a small one that's been in my tank about a month. One of my clowns has hosted it, and they seem to be doing great... Interstingly enough, the anemone has found a place on the aquarium glass that it likes. Its on the back of the tank and very close to the water surface. Its tentacles actually touch the surface.
I'm running 2 x 175 MH lights. The BTA is fed pieces of shrimp 2 x week. It looks healthy. Anyone have any ideas why it stays so close to the surface? Is this a bad sign? Thanks! Jeff |

i would say that he is most likely happy there. either the light or the water flow is makeing him happy. nems love stable conditions so if your water params have been stable, i wouldnt worry too much.
