Coral safe but will eat any fish and/or shrimp they can fit into there mouth. Not really aggressive towards other fish unless they are small enough to be eaten hahahaha

And don't underestimate the size of their mouth.

Assuming you don't plan on having ANY small fish, and by small, i mean smaller than 1/2-2/3 the size of the lion(Very large mouth), nor shrimps, and even snails and crabs, and you are careful when you've got your hand in the tank, then they are just fine in a reef.

There are many other fish I would pick before that one. Poisionous, predatory, poop machines.
Check out Reef Aquarium Fishes by Scott Michael. I think it's in the club library.

those things are relentless hunting machines. it can, and will, eat things up to it's own size. i've seen it happen so i can attest to that fact.

Well, if you decide to get rid of the trigger in favor of the lion, I'm interested in taking him off your hands
