Try here
http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/fo...s=&forumid=501 But exactly what are you trying to "program". How old are they, they take a bit of time to break in and quiet down, as well as installing them correctly.

Vortec pump should be relatively quiet pump. You may want to make sure the propeller assembly and the magnetic motor that is outside of the tank are both line up. Also make sure all of the assembly are all in place.
Programming is very simple. You need to have your drivers closer together when you are programming your pumps. These are wireless pumps. They need to be very close together when you are programmining them. |

Try reducing the flow to 90%. It's a little noisy at 100%.

If you have nothing else making noise on your display tank- the vortechs are far from a quiet pump. I have owned them 2 separate times, and I could hear them 15+ feet away.
Is the noise coming from the dryside? If so its the motor, and not much you can do about that noise except turn it down or hope it breaks in quieter. If you have noise coming from the wetside, you may not have it aligned properly as posted above.
