To my knowledge, they are the same thing. Ocean Nutrition makes Nori with added garlic extract. That would be the only difference.

The nori from the local asain market is fine. It's the same thing as most of the packedged stuff at the pet store at a fraction of the price.

I think you're much better off with nori from the supermarket over lettuce. I've used it for years. Much cheaper than the LFS.

I use both nori and Two Little Fishes green dried seaweed.Same thing.. Buying the ori at the local supermarket is just a little less tahn ordering the Two Little Fishes stuff on line.

I get mine from an Asian supermarket. It's very inexpensive and the fish love it.

I agree with all on the nori from asian supermarkets. but i love to add supplements too it to make it better (maybe even better than name brands

nori is great especially with a bit a garlic. i think the lettuce has no nutritional value.

Supermarket nori works great. My purple Tang eats it like candy. Could soak with selcon to deter lateral line disease.
