Tek t5 4 bulb unit on 75 gallon softie?

Is this enough light to grow mushrooms, polyps in a 75 gallon?

I am going to have this my evil tank, so angels and nippers.

No SPS.

This wil be plenty for mushrooms. You even have room to try some other higher light corals if you want to experiment wiht the angels a little.
