Behind my stand although I think I have mine in a bad spot. Could be dangerous if the tank ever overflowed...but this tank is sumpless so I was not as worried about that this time.
My last set up the ballast was under the stand but in a "casing" to keep it dry if any water overflowed. |

I need to find a place cuz i have (3) 250watt ballasts... i was thinking under the tank but not sure if they will all fit under there. ill have to see what i can think of.. and im sure it wouldn't be a good idea to keep them stacked on one another even tho they have feet

i wish the darn things were not so heavy...mine are just on my floor behind my tank...not really idea but i am still trying to organize all my wires and such. i have seen some really nice builds where they were screwed into the wall behind the tank...looks really clean and smart. good luck!
