I Need Help!

I posted this message in another forum with no response. I was hoping to have differnt luck here. Please read below....

I need to know if the firmware update I need to do for my Aquacontroller lll will work/update properly using my iMac? I don't see anything about Mac compatibility on the Neptune website....

Just got an Aquasurf to control some 6055's and have learned I need to do the firmware update. Now I'm not sure if I even can I was able to download the firmware update successfully but I've never had my AC3 hooked up to my computer and am wondering how to go about doing this???

Can anyone give some advice on this seemingly ohh so complex matter? I'd really like to get this thing working! Hope I don't have to return it and get the DANG 7095 controller.
