best DIY lighting-MH's- for a 55 gal reef

I want to set up a diy MH system for my 55 gal. Im guessing retrofit.

Can someone tell me good lighting for this and where I can find the best prices on a MH system.

Im going to custom build the hood for my tank, so they would be made to fit into that obviously.

Not sure where to start, im ready to get rolling on it though.
