T5 Cooling Effects

I have read about how cooling t5 can benificial and also bad.

I have 6 x 60 T5 bulbs run with 4 x 90mm fans pulling air in underneath them and then holes in the top of my canopy letting hot air out. I have the fans set on a timer, and maintain my water temperate at 79-80 degrees, the fans run 100% of the time my lights are on. The fans sit 2 inches below the actual lights and are about an inch above the water.

Is it possable that I might be cooling the lights too much and hurting the par in my tank?

Will cooling the tank/ light have any negative effect.
