help! Contemplating on a calcium reactor

I have a setup 75 gallon tank with a 30 gallon refugium and im thinking a calcium reactor will be less troble and less panic then figuring out two part every day. I can get a sweet deal on a working coralife calcium reactor that doesnt have any problems with it. What else would i need for it and how much should it cost me, Also will i have the problem of ph and need to drip kalk. I dont have enough room under my tank to have anything other then a c02 reactor, Is there a way i can make sure if i get a c02 reactor that i wont need to drop kalk or add any additives?
